Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was defective upon delivery.
  • The product packaging was tampered with before delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must remain unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide photographs or videos showing the issue.

Products that have been opened, used or damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened health supplements
  • Nutritional products
  • Herbal products
  • Personal care items
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded depending on stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
